  • Delivery Policy

    Orders are shipped through a carrier company and are estimated to arrive within 5 working days. The delivery charge is 30 AED per order to all areas in the UAE, except for the western region of Abu Dhabi where the delivery charge is 50 AED. You can request a specific delivery date for gifts to your friends. Every order will be confirmed before shipping the final package.

  • Payment Method

    The payment method for deliveries in the UAE is Cash on Delivery. For deliveries to other GCC countries, the payment method is bank transfer after confirming the exact delivery charges.

  • Return & Exchanges

    We try our best to ensure that your order arrives on time in good condition. If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. The item should not be used/opened and should be in its original packaging. If the shipped product is incorrect or damaged, we will cover all shipping fees associated with the exchange process. If you wish to exchange a product because of change in mind, shipping fees will apply on the customer. Refunds cannot be made.
